Patient Care Technician - Float Pool

Patient Care Technician - Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Part-time, Representing Day and Night shift opening (3, 12 hour shifts from 7am-7:30pm and 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays). Under direct supervision this position is accountable to the bedside RN and charge nurse to facilitate a safe and secure environment for the patient, family and providers in the department in completion of the duties assigned to them for the shift and maintaining clear communication between the needs of the patient through the RN and Charge Nurse. These activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard free, clean environment which facilitates patient focused care.
