Senior Speech Language Pathologist *Part time, Day*

The Senior Staff Speech-Language Therapist (ST) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Speech Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards. The Senior Speech Therapist also demonstrates advanced treatment skills and functions as a mentor in his/her area of expertise and has an active role in program development. The Senior Speech Therapist follows an individualized performance development plan to maintain current competence in advance skills.
