Job description

SAP- SuccessFactors professionals design, implement and deploy SF human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll and recruiting and workforce deployment, design and configures HR processes. The Consultant supports the clients in selection and implementation of specific SAP SF modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Consultant may need to complement the account teams by working closely with the Team lead/Manager and other internal units, have the ability to document and create demo scenarios, envision the solution approach. The Consultant role is a key role in our client support cycle. The role will be to support client requests on topical matters requiring strategic guidance from Hackett.
