Associate Photo Art Director - Rejuvenation

The Jr. Art Director is a hands-on production-oriented role for an experienced on-set creative and enthusiastic leader. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Services, you will support creative development across seasonal and evergreen campaigns. You’ll contribute concept-to-completion art direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and brand excellence across platforms including digital, print, social, and experiential. This role blends strategic thinking, design leadership, and a deep passion for photography, fashion, and storytelling—with an emphasis on AI-enhanced workflows. You’ll combine design excellence with the latest generative AI tools to scale creative exploration, improve efficiency, and elevate our brand storytelling.
