In this role you will mainly work on these four topics: Strategic Alignment throughout the global departments Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies are in line with the global business objectives and act as a consultant to them Talent Management Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders Liaise with the local HR People Management on daily operative HR tasks Employee Engagement and Culture Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and supports employee engagement across different countries and regions Change Management and Organizational Development Support change management initiatives Identify and address areas for improvement in organizational processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration - preferably with a focus on HR - or, for example, a degree in social sciences with knowledge of business administration. Furthermore this is important to us: A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in the role of HR Business Partner Experience in a strategically oriented role Strong interpersonal and team skills and intercultural competence Sound communication skills, diplomatic skills and assertiveness paired with cost awareness and a high level of commitment and initiative Fluency in English and German; knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP HR Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 %) Affinity for process and digitalization topics
