Job description
Technical Support: Provision of technical support for customers, internal teams, or on-site projects. Troubleshooting: Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise during operation. Maintenance: Execution of regular maintenance and inspections of technical systems or equipment. Installation Installation of technical products or systems in accordance with customer requirements. Training: Training of customers or employees in the use and maintenance of technical equipment or systems. Documentation: Preparation of reports and documentation concerning technical activities and problem solutions. Customer Communication: Maintenance of close relationships with customers and communication of technical information and solutions.
Completed degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.) Experience in technical support or technical service is an advantage. Technical understanding and the ability to analyse and solve technical problems. Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and comprehensibly. Willingness to travel and to work on-site at the customer’s location. Ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments and customers. Knowledge in the use of computer applications and software tools for technical support. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Fluent in English and Czech in verbal and written comunication.
