Job description

  • Interface & Communication Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer engineering teams Build and maintain a strong professional network across customer and DESAY SV, ensuring all stakeholders (development, quality, logistics, testing, etc.) are engaged Participate in relevant meetings with full preparation and ensure follow-up of results 2. Technical Support & Engineering Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Automotive electrical product Capture, analyze, and interpret traces, logs, and error patterns Coordinate and perform flashing activities on site Support prototype handovers, tear-downs, and vehicle test/debug where required Contribute to issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D reporting, and implementation of corrective actions 3. System & Infrastructure Management Ensure all required access rights to customer systems (e.g., KPM, GroupSDX, DOORS) are in place Independently and effectively operate relevant tools and platforms to support project tasks 4. Project & Process Support Assist in the planning, management, and tracking of prototypes, including delivery scheduling and follow-up Organize and follow up on technical deliveries, coordinating with logistics and project teams Provide support for homologation activities and series production readiness 5. Availability & Commitment Provide on-site or off-site support for vehicles, testing, or escalations, including travel when required Work proactively and solution-oriented, without the need for constant supervision Take ownership and ensure accountability in all assigned responsibilities

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or 1~3years experience in a related technical field Proven experience in automotive electronics, or embedded systems development Practical knowledge of vehicle communication protocols and experience with diagnostic and testing tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, DOIP) Hands-on experience with log analysis, flashing tools, and diagnostic systems Familiarity with VW-specific systems and tools (KPM, GroupSDX, DOORS) is a strong plus Strong understanding of automotive quality tools (8D, root cause analysis) Strong communication and coordination skills in multicultural environments Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with remote teams Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, intercultural environment Flexibility and willingness to travel when required Fluent in English and Czech in verbal and written comunication, German language and Mandarin skills are a plus
