LR_Superintendent - Employee Relations (384561)

The Employee Relations Superintendent is a member of the HR Team who reports to the Employee Relations Manager. He/ She is expected to play an integral role in providing employment-related guidance and support to the HR Department. It is expected that the position holder will work to prevent and resolve problems or disputes and assist in creating and enforcing all policies in the workplace. The ER Superintendent is also expected to independently execute responsibilities in the areas of performance management, discipline, records retention, and employee relations. He/ She is expected to oversee and ensure effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
