Senior IT Project Coordinator

FUNCTION CONTEXT: This strategic role sits within the Transformation PMO pillar of the CTO organisation. It is created to partner with the Group CIO and senior leaders to imagine and shape the next wave of IT-enabled change across ArcelorMittal's European operations. The incumbent helps to define a compelling transformation vision, drives alignment across multiple streams, and provides rigorous control of ongoing and upcoming transformation IT projects so that the portfolio delivers on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Serve as the strategic guardian of the transformation programme: envision the future IT landscape, establish the end-to-end control framework for the portfolio, orchestrate the interplay between projects, and ensure they deliver on schedule and within budget. Create a cohesive narrative that galvanizes the organisation around a shared transformation ambition and drive continuous improvement and excellence.
