Act as focal point between Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain on Non-conformity notification management (BMs). Plan, lead and moderate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. Review non-conformance reports (BMs), deviations, and concessions for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate dispositions with Engineering, Stress, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. · Validate root cause explanations and ensure technical justification for dispositions. Maintain robust traceability of MRB decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Prepare documentation for internal/external audits. Provide coaching and guidance on BMs/ MRB standards. Monitor MRB and BMs KPIs such as aging, recurrence, and rework cost. Drive continuous improvement and standardization of BMs/MRB processes. Support digitalization of MRB workflows (PLM, SAP, QMS).
Bachelor in System / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Practical experience with Quality modules in SAP Experience with aircraft manufacturing and Inspection processes as well as working within a regulated environment Excellent moderation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Lean/continuous improvement knowledge Familiar with data acquisition for KPI definition and interpretation
