Job description

The position is responsible in ensuring that all new employees are appraised during their first five months of probation (self-appraisals, reporting managers assessment endorsement on Appraisal form). - The position is responsible to ensure Job Scorecards are prepared and dispersed. - The position is responsible to provide assistance in induction of new joiners. - The position is responsible for follow up calls/e-mails to new joiners and implementation of a Buddy Program.
