Technical Trainer Automotive (m/f/d) (Nordics)

Conception and implementation of technical training in the automotive sector; in particular high-voltage applications Knowledge transfer taking into account teaching , methodological and training strategy principles, primarily for the BMW and MINI brands Evaluation of the quality and quantity of training courses Derivation of measures for future training activities Ensuring the quality and objectives agreed with the customer after the training sessions Support in the creation of concepts and course materials

Master car mechanic or a comparable specialisation Ideally experience in training and knowledge transfer in a technical environment Good technical knowledge in the automotive sector Experience with the BMW and MINI brands is an advantage Very good teaching skills Strong communication skills and high flexibility Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written Ideally proficient in any of the other Nordics languages Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness to travel frequently, including for international project assignments Based in Norway in the Oslo area
