Trainer Sales & Aftersales (m/f/d) (Nordics)

Conducting training in the area of Sales and Aftersales for our customers mainly within in the automotive but also in the and non-automotive sectors Knowledge transfer while using the latest teaching methods, learning approaches, and training strategies Evaluation of the quality and quantity of training courses Derivation of measures for future training activities Ensuring the quality and objectives agreed with the customer after the training sessions Support in the creation of concepts and course materials

Ideally, experience in the Sales and Aftersales area of the BMW Group Familiarity with dealership operations in the automotive industry Minimum of 3 years of experience as trainer Very good methodological and teaching skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written Ideally proficient in any of the other Nordics languages Proficient in MS Office and online communications tools such as Adobe Connect Strong communication skills and high flexibility Willingness to travel frequently, including for international project assignments Based in Sweden in the Stockholm Area
