Job description
- Candidate is required to have product understanding for Term loans, Working capital and structural products. • Role is sector agnostic and following skills are required o Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters o Analysis of financials o Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates. o Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO o Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants o Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note o Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction o Monitoring of Portfolio companies
