Digital Sales Manager

WTAE-TV, Hearst Television’s ABC affiliate in Pittsburgh, is seeking a strategic Digital Sales Manager to drive digital and cross-platform revenue growth. This role leads the integration of digital, streaming, and linear solutions into a unified sales strategy, helping position the station as a leader in a rapidly evolving media landscape. The Digital Sales Manager partners closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to develop data-driven, insight-led campaigns that deliver results for advertisers. This role also serves as a subject matter expert on digital, advanced advertising, and emerging technologies - including AI-enabled tools—helping to modernize sales approaches and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is an in-person position reporting to the General Sales Manager.
