Customer Service Agent

This position will be responsible for the analysis and execution of warranty requests for complete equipment’s and spare parts with LATAM scope. This position will oversee processing requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases, as well as the creation of SOR for international purchases and CPQ tracking for US purchases. This position will be responsible for overseeing and tracking equipment shipments to either local Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses. This position will manage the warranty accounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.
