IT End User Services Manager

IT End User Services Manager Vertiv are currently seeking an IT End User Services Manager to join our dynamic team in Italy. The IT End User Services Manager will deliver the management of the IT site support team as part of EMEA End user services team. The IT End User Services Manager will manage the planning and execution of annual IT operational plan and budget. The IT End User Services Manager will Identify, develop and implement cost-effective solutions in line with organizations strategic vision along with participating and leading of local and regional projects focused on implementation of new services and technologies. They will be providing operational support, technical expertise, training and guidance to End Users and IT site support team with adding definition and improvement of policies, standards and procedures to achieve optimal End User Services operations.
