Academic Scheduling Coordinator

Provide administrative and technical support for the University’s 25Live scheduling system and ensure efficient, effective scheduling of instructional and non-instructional meeting spaces across campus. Develop and manage plans for class scheduling and strategic initiatives, analyze classroom utilization, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Support data-driven decision-making through collection, analysis, and reporting of relevant scheduling and space use information.
