Serve as Lead Structural Engineer (SE) to provide conceptual and detailed design of building structure in pre-sales stage and post sales stages Work with local agencies having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal requirements and building codes. Detailed design of mechanical parts – lifting points, anchoring points, flashings, gutters, etc.
