North Africa Area/District Manager

• Work in a safe manner always when delivering company objectives and comply with internal, legislative and customer EHS requirements and policies.
• Act always in compliance with the Veolia’s policies when maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed key metrics for assigned targets and/or other project activities.
• Drive new sales activity to achieve sales and growth targets,
• Personally lead with his team & close opportunities in HPI, CPI, Power, Upstream, Desalination within the assigned Area, working with all the appropriate resources e.g., Product Applications, Growth Leader, Technical Marketing & Area Sales teams.
• Develop & maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Ensure all opportunity commercial deals meet the Company's profitability expectations
• Accurately forecast for the Sales Director.

• BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
• Availability to travel within assigned Area and abroad, including overnight stops.
• Fluency in English

Support the implementation of QHSE Management System as per standards( Quality management system ISO  9001: 2015, Environment management system ISO 14001: 2015 and Safety Management system ISO 45001: 2018) while performing work.
