Job description
- Leading the new product introduction according to NPI process.
- Responsible for production data, documentation, tooling and fixture preparation.
- Responsible for problem solving during launch process and sample procedure continuous improvement.
- Production master data management and change management.
- Supporting on new process and machine investigation and introduction.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, material engineering or automation relevant.
- Three years solid experience in new production introduction or process engineer.
- Strong result oriented and future oriented, good communication skills and cooperation.
- Digitalization skills, problem solving and project management experience are preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
