We are currently looking for Senior Production Planner and Control Analyst ( 12 Month FTC) for our manufacturing site in Westport.

The Planner is responsible for producing a Production Plan in agreement with Line Management which maximises available capacity to meet customer needs and inventory targets and also closely monitor the execution of that plan. Communicate in a timely manner progress of plan and in particular changes which may impact the customers requested shipment dates.

Ensuring all planning activities of the Business Unit are performed in accordance with GMP, relevant SOPs.
Issue a filling and packing schedule to the floor in a timely manner to meet the Customer requirements
Monitor and review the execution of the Schedule making decisions around changes should they be required.
Represent the “Voice of the Customer at the Business Unit ensuring that the focus is maintained on meeting the requested ship dates
Maintain Customer Order Priority list for Product Release in conjunction with Lab release dates.
Engage in any OPEX projects which are being undertaken by Supply Chain.

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain or Business Degree.
Minimum 5 years planning in a high-volume manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
IPICS or similar qualification is desired.
Good working knowledge of SAP applications in areas of MRP/MPS
