Project Manager - MSS

We are seeking a Project Manager for mortgages & savings services who thrives in fast-paced environments and has successfully delivered projects for software providers or FinTech vendors. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud migrations, software upgrades and implementations, and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, we would love to hear from you!

What will the role involve?

• Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations
• Working directly with key stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
• Owning and managing risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines with confidence
• Supporting joint steering committees, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
• Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency
• Potentially, the leadership and delivery of bespoke, internal or external technical work packages or projects

What are we looking for?

• Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment—essential
• Proven experience in project management and delivery.
• Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services experience? Even better!
• Proficiency in escalation management—resolving challenges effectively.
• Financial services or regulatory environment experience? Even better!
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus!
