Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Material Handler to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Material Handling team

Position:                      Material Handler

Location:                     Dungannon

Reporting to:               Production Supervisor

Hours of Work:            39 hours per week

What you will do

As a Materials Handler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient flow of materials across the Dungannon site. Working as part of a team, you will support Production and Stores operations by delivering materials on time, to specification and in line with standard work, within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and timely handling of all materials in line with safety and quality standards
  • Support Production through the accurate picking and delivery of parts to required locations
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely and responsibly, including: counterbalance, reach truck, pallet stacker etc
  • Receive, check and process inbound materials to Production and Stores
  • Load and unload materials deliveries, ensuring correct handling and storage
  • Maintain prompt, accurate and compliant paperwork and system transactions
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures to support stock accuracy
  • Comply with internal environmental, waste management and health & safety procedures
  • Follow Standard Work instructions and site operating procedures
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation (5S)
  • Carry out additional duties as required in line with the role

What you will bring

  • Previous experience working in a fast‑moving manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues and contribute to practical solutions
  • Focused on continuous improvement
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in an environment with changing priorities
  • Valid PIT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
