Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Creative Director – Copy with a strong creative agency background and deep experience in beauty & skincare brands. This is a digital-first role, focused on campaigns, content, and social storytelling.

You should understand how beauty brands show up today—through culture, creators, and content, and be able to lead ideas end-to-end, including execution on shoots.

  • Lead digital-first campaigns and content across social, films, and integrated platforms
  • Build strong beauty narratives—product stories, brand platforms, and campaign ideas
  • Drive work across Instagram, YouTube, reels, influencer collaborations, and branded content
  • Lead and oversee shoots (digital films, product shoots, influencer content)
  • Partner with directors, photographers, and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • Ensure excellence in copy craft—scripts, captions, campaign lines, and content storytelling
  • Collaborate with Art, Strategy, and Influencer teams for cohesive campaigns
  • Mentor and guide copy teams
  • Present and sell ideas confidently to clients

Skills and Competencies

  • 10–12 years in creative / digital / integrated agencies
  • Strong experience in beauty / skincare / personal care brands
  • Proven experience leading shoots and content production
  • Portfolio showcasing campaigns, films, and digital-first content
  • Deep understanding of social trends, influencer culture, and content formats
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience with D2C beauty or content-heavy brands
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and beauty aesthetics
