What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Kitchen Supervisor

• Experience : Previous experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role required

What You Will Do in the Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: While your primary focus is behind the scenes, you play a big role in shaping the Player experience by ensuring every meal that leaves the kitchen is fresh, consistent, and on point. Partner with the front-of-house team to make sure Players receive timely, high-quality dishes that elevate their overall visit.
• Key Aspect of the Role:  Lead and supervise the kitchen crew—cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers—by driving efficiency, setting the standard for recipe execution, portioning, and presentation, and making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork from prep to service.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Collaborate closely with Playmakers across all areas to deliver a seamless dining experience. Share knowledge, support the team, and step in where needed to make sure the kitchen runs smoothly and service stays at the Topgolf standard.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all prep, cooking, and dish areas. Train your team on best practices, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and stay ahead of issues to keep both Players and Playmakers safe.
• Commitment to Topgolf’s Core Values: Lead by example by living out Topgolf’s values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Create a kitchen culture where Playmakers feel valued and motivated, and where every dish reflects Topgolf’s commitment to excellence.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real, this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day
• Active Tasks: Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities—bring a can-do attitude!
• Endurance: Keep up with a popular environment while maintaining high standards
