Beckers is transforming how data supports our business. We aren’t just looking for someone to build dashboards, we’re looking for a Global BI and Reporting Analyst to help bring our Data Excellence roadmap to life and elevate how decisions are made across the organization.
Reporting to the Global Data Management Manager, you will be a key architect in our transition to Microsoft Fabric and a central contributor to our global data ecosystem. You will be responsible for turning our data into business value, empowering decision‑makers with clear, reliable, and impactful insights that drive performance, efficiency, and growth.
Your Role
As our Global BI and Reporting Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex data and strategic action. Your mission is to elevate our data maturity and empower decision-makers across the global organization.
- Design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and robust data models.
- Drive cross-functional reporting excellence by supporting diverse business units, including Sales, SCM, Finance, Procurement, R&D, Operations, and HR.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive visualizations that tell a clear story.
- Ensure total consistency and reliability across all KPIs and reporting suites.
- Champion data best practices to continuously improve organizational data maturity and integrity.
- Engineer semantic models and structured datasets that allow users to explore data with ease by establishing business requirement and delegating data warehouse developments
- Train stakeholders, providing them with the tools and standards needed to harness self-service analytics confidently.
- Accelerate key initiatives, including Microsoft D365 reporting, sustainability tracking, advanced forecasting, and pricing tool optimization.
- Shape the future roadmap by contributing to our Microsoft Fabric migration and long-term data strategy implementation.
- Partner with global and regional leads to translate high-level analytical needs into technical reality.
- Optimize team workflows by identifying and removing delivery bottlenecks to ensure agile project execution.
Your Profile
- Ideally 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (reporting, modeling, visualization, performance optimization) and SQL skills for data exploration and a solid grasp of modern data warehousing principles.
- Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and a deep understanding of Star Schema modelling
- You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Proven ability to communicate with senior management and non-technical stakeholders
- You enjoy training others and simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical peers.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects autonomously across different time zones and cultures.
- Fluent English required (spoken and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (DP-600), Python for data prep, reporting is an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and structured data environments (e.g. ERP / AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus)
- Experience designing or standardizing global reporting frameworks
