ABOUT THE ROLE

Harmattan AI is entering a phase where its systems have reached a level of maturity that enables real-world demonstrations. As a result, demos are becoming critical moments to showcase operational credibility and build customer confidence.

We need a dedicated owner to design and deliver end-to-end Harmattan AI experiences through our demos. This includes not only execution, but also ensuring high standards in hospitality, flow, and overall participant experience, aligned with our brand and positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and execution of field demonstrations
• Design and orchestration of the full participant journey (before, during, after)
• Ensuring seamless flow and timing across all touchpoints
• Coordination of all internal teams and external suppliers
• Delivery of high-standard hospitality and premium experience
• Sourcing and managing suppliers aligned with Harmattan AI quality standards
• Maintaining and elevating Harmattan AI event experience standards

The objective is not only to deliver a demo, but to deliver a controlled, high-quality, and memorable experience that reflects operational excellence.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully planned and delivered multiple high-profile B2B events or exhibitions end-to-end, ideally in the defense, aerospace industry.
• Managed complex logistics, tight deadlines, and international events with excellence. Demonstrated ability to drive events that strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable business impact.
• Successfully delivered third-party events (trade shows, exhibitions, or industry events), managing all coordination, logistics, and on-site execution
• Owned and executed proprietary customer events, including end-to-end participant management, hospitality, and experience design
• Planned and delivered product demonstrations or field activations, ideally involving technical systems, operational environments, or live scenarios
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full experience lifecycle, from preparation to on-site delivery, ensuring seamless flow and high-quality execution
• Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication in French, good English skills. Patient and structured when interacting with the employees
