THE WORK:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal positions and client assignments (sourcing, interviews, offers).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and advise on market availability.
- Source IT profiles across various technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, events, referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare job descriptions and participate in employer branding activities.
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and track recruitment pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and support successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and strategic roles.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and project managers to anticipate staffing needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
The work location for this role is an ARHS – Part of Accenture office.
Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment of IT profiles (permanent and contractual)
- Solid understanding of the IT job market (especially Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany).
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging technical talent.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Experience using ATS tools and digital sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset, team spirit, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?
- You’ll be part of a mid-size team that enjoys working together and supporting each other. We work at a fast pace, but we keep things open and collaborative.
- You’ll be in close contact with hiring managers and stakeholders, so you’re involved in real conversations and decisions, not just screening CVs.
- There’s a lot of trust here. No micromanaging — just clear goals and teamwork. You’ll have the freedom to manage your work your way, while staying closely connected with the team.
- If you like staying busy, having ownership over your work, and being around people who actually enjoy being a team — you’ll feel comfortable here.
