Service Porter - Falcons Fury Harley Davidson

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Service Porter to support our Service Department. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring motorcycles are cleaned, organized, and ready for pickup after service. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and detail motorcycles after service to ensure they are showroom-ready for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service shop and surrounding areas
• Safely move motorcycles in and around the service department
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed
• Support test rides when required
• Keep service lanes, storage areas, and wash bay clean and orderly
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (required)
• Ability to safely ride and maneuver motorcycles of various sizes
• Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to stay on task and work independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 45+ lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
