DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you will:

• Install, configure, and manage products which you will be dedicated  Vectra and Vectra product family.
• Working with  Sale Team to follow up new Project,  to support Sale Team with technical issue  and plan demo and PoC  to cover customer satisfaction.
• Manage and closely work with vendor technical teams to cover all the technical aspects which  is addres by Vendors.
• Plan technical workshop, event and activity for dedicated product to ensure product reputation, product value added
• Working with marketing team and customers for create new value added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI’s
• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners for dedicated product.
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Visit  customers in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required.
• Enable partners for Vectra   product family,
• Follow up partner trainings and certifications,

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Senior Cyber Security Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronical and Communications Engineering or relevand fields.
• Carryout Proof of Concept on-site or off-site
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and problems.
• Translate business problems into High Level Designs and solutions.
• Create implementation level details and help customers deploying NDR solutions.
• Understands how the SOC works, SOC integrations, 
• Ability to define, implement, automate and measure effective incident response process, procedures,
• Knowledge of security architecture and market-leading security tools
• Experience NDR, ITDR, SOAR tools
