Senior Group Manager - EIT

• Be an experienced escalation point for our IT Service desk team for all ITAM incidents ,tasks and requests.• Enforce policies for software procurement, deployment, and retirement. Implement tools and systems for effective asset tracking and reporting.• Audit Response – Manage third party audits and/or internal audits by leading data analysis, articulating actions for risk mitigation, and sharing audit results.Understand and up to date with technology concepts related to software licensing including – SaaS, Cloud, Hardware platform, workstation and server etc.• Opex and Capex budget forecast • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, procurement, legal, and business units. Provide guidance and support regarding software asset management best practices.• Provide integration solutions for enterprise systems using different middleware platforms • Hold sessions with end users and/or functional consultants to gather business requirements for technical design
