Job description

We’re creating something special. We are joining forces to create the biggest mobile network provider in the UK. Through our collective strengths and talents, we will transform customers’ experience and create a best-in-class network for coverage, connectivity, and reliability, delivering greater value and more choice for the nation than ever before.

There are very few moments in our careers where we can feel the ground shifting beneath us, where we can sense that something bigger than we’ve known before is taking shape. We’re not just building a company. We’re going to build a culture, a legacy and a future to be proud of. This will require remarkable leadership and together we can set the standard in the industry and beyond for both customer and employee experience, in what it is a career-defining opportunity.

We’re looking for a Loyalty Partnerships Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering standout experiences across our VeryMe Rewards and Three+ programmes.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of CMS management and day‑to‑day financial processes, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely delivery of partner content. You’ll work closely with teams across Loyalty, Digital, IT and our agency partners to bring new rewards, propositions and app features to life - all with the goal of driving customer growth and long‑term value.

As the operational heartbeat of our loyalty programmes, you’ll act as a key connection point between internal teams, brand partners and agencies. You’ll monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You’ll also manage partner communications and collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen relationships through a customer‑centric, commercially minded approach.

This role partners with cross‑functional teams - including Propositions, Technology, Comms, Sponsorship, Legal, Procurement and external agencies - to deliver a high‑quality, seamless reward experience for millions of customers.

What you'll do

  • Act as a CMS super‑user, owning and maintaining core systems (Evolving & Capillary) to ensure all offers are accurately set up for go‑live dates, with up‑to‑date T&Cs and creative assets.
  • Manage the full finance lifecycle - including purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation - ensuring all activity aligns with contracted partner terms.
  • Track and report on claims, redemptions and monetisation revenue from partners and agencies, feeding insights into weekly and monthly performance updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, coordinating content approvals with partners and legal teams to ensure timely launches.
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing partners and agencies, maintaining regular communication and evaluating performance to drive continuous improvement

Who you are.

  • Strong CMS expertise across digital platforms, with the ability to confidently manage and optimise systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a diligent, detail‑driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation - with the capability to build clear, compelling decks (intermediate and/or advanced PowerPoint skills welcomed).
  • Proven experience in reporting and turning data into meaningful insights that inform decisions and drive performance.
  • A solid understanding of partnerships and a broad awareness of the loyalty landscape; hands‑on experience is a bonus but not essential.
