Senior Manager-Transformation

The Senior Manager - Transformation is a high-impact role embedded within the Internal Audit (IA) function. The role leads the design, implementation and continuous optimisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that materially enhance the efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness of IA operations across the Group's real estate development and digital/data centre business lines. The role holder acts as the primary bridge between IA strategy, technology enablement and operational delivery, translating complex business requirements into scalable automation solutions while maintaining the independence, rigour and regulatory compliance expected of a best-practice internal audit function.
