To lead the admin function for the Site, with specific focus on achieving operational excellence and ensuring all internal customers(employee) needs are met. To plan and implement a cost-effective, employee friendly and robust administrative infrastructure and drive operations of all Admin services at Site level in a cost effective and efficient manner while remaining compliant with standards established.
