LR_Superintendent - Quality Control (397442)

The Quality Control Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing quality control functions across all stages of material production, handling, and dispatch. This includes strategic oversight of Quality data collection, interpretation, and quality monitoring of Run-of-Mine (ROM) and finished products. The role ensures the effective implementation of sampling, analysis, blending strategies, and reporting systems to meet customer specifications and operational targets. As a senior technical leader, the superintendent provides direction to supervisors and technical teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment between technical services and production goals. The position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, optimizing resource utilization, and upholding safety, environmental, and quality standards across the operation.
