YOOX are now seeking a talented Junior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Performance team.

Contract Type: Maternity Cover (6-months contract, approx.)

Role Purpose:
We are seeking for a motivated, analytical and creative Junior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the execution, management and optimization of paid digital campaigns across major advertising platforms, contributing to performance growth and ROI improvement.
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Manage day-to-day operations of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising;
Support campaign setup, including structure, targeting, and budget allocation;
Monitor and optimize campaign performance in line with ROI and KPI targets;
Analyze campaign data and produce regular reports to track performance and identify optimization opportunities;
Perform recurring account audits and implement improvements to enhance overall account health;
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, marketing, analytics) to improve campaign performance.
The type of person we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Advertising and Display providers, will be considered as a strong plus;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
Good knowledge of English and Italian language (at least B2 is required)
