Job description
- Co-operates in the regional Human Resources team for implementation of corporate HR programs and attend regional HR project team members.
- Develop strong relationships with managers and employees by questioning, listening, observing, and analyzing data to determine Human Resources needs.
- Acts as a consultant to employees, management in the use of Human Resources programs and processes.
- Communicates and oversees the implementation of Human Resources policies and programs related to recruitment, compensation & benefit, employment law, training, and organizational & management development.
- Act as a primary contact to ensure effective employee relations in matters of supervision, discipline, discharge, motivation, performance evaluation procedures, practice & policies.
- Partnering with the hiring managers to recruit candidates for job openings, develop and maintain workforce planning and forecast to business objectives.
- Delivery HR tasks including Payroll, Benefit, HRM, Talent Management.
- Expat and foreign employee support such as relocation, housing, tax etc.
- Manage and support factory and office administrative tasks
- You are a professional who brings up experience in HR minimum 5 years.
- You graduated from a reputable university with a bachelor at minimum.
- Preferred Chemical, Manufacturing industry experience
- You have good English skills at least and can communicate a business conversation by English.
- You have good computer skills for MS office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
