Job Description:

Site purchasing refers to the process of acquiring goods and services specifically needed for a particular location or project site. It focuses on ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are available on time to support daily operations. This function often involves working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. Site purchasing helps control costs, manage inventory, and maintain quality standards. Overall, it plays a key role in keeping on-site activities running efficiently and without delays.

Job Responsibilities:

The Purchasing Candidate is responsible for managing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and operational needs. This role includes expediting PPAP-related materials to ensure timely availability and compliance with project requirements. The position also involves identifying, addressing, and resolving supplier-related issues and grievances effectively. Additionally, the candidate will actively develop and strengthen commercial relationships between the plant and suppliers to support operational efficiency, cost optimization, and long-term collaboration.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• Identifies and explains analytical tools, techniques, and business analytics software used to support analysis.

• Provides constructive, behavior‑focused feedback and receives feedback openly to improve communication effectiveness.
• Communicates clearly through presentations and written reports, adapting language to avoid unnecessary technical jargon.
• Demonstrates strong awareness of verbal and non‑verbal cues when interacting with individuals and groups.

Additional Information:

• Location for this position is Santa Catarina.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.

• No travel required.

• National relocation is not available.
