Pharmacist Assistant (Outpatient)

• Support pharmacy services including prescription screening, dispensing, and distribution of medicines for outpatient and inpatient units in accordance with hospital standards
• Prepare and compound medications based on pharmacist instructions and prescriptions accurately
• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter, including data entry, providing drug information, and confirming medication details
• Perform double-check procedures to ensure accuracy between prescription, medication, and patient data
• Provide education to patients and families regarding dosage, usage, storage, and possible side effects of medications
• Monitor and manage drug stock, including receiving, storing, and recording inventory
• Conduct routine checks on medicines and medical supplies to ensure quality and availability
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of prescriptions and pharmacy records
• Support insurance/guarantee prescription processes and coordinate with related units
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care

• Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacy Technician Registration Certificate (STRTTK)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy services (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good understanding of pharmacy service procedures and medication handling
• Able to operate pharmacy systems or hospital information systems
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in shifts
