About the Role
ExpressVPN is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven PPC Campaign Manager with deep expertise in Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will own and scale paid search acquisition globally, with a strong focus on efficiency, experimentation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in B2C and/or B2B SaaS environments, who understands full-funnel performance and thrives in a fast-paced, data-led team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of Search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, query mining, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Develop and refine bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and account structures
- Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding approaches
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actions
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve conversion funnels and messaging alignment
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong focus on Search
- Proven expertise managing campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Experience working in B2C and/or B2B SaaS marketing
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
