Internship - Product Development Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for NAND Flash product test solution design and development.
• Be responsible for Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and action plan.
• Deliver a world class lead time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery in NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
• Develop correct test condition for memory product and define test flow for mass production testing needs.
• Design and drive evaluation experiments for product quality and test yield improvement.
• Drive test cost reduction by running test time analysis, optimizing test method while retaining good test coverage.
• Work with multinational team to complete projects in PDT (product development team) required time.
• Achieve a world class TAT (Turn Around Time) for RMA (Return Material Authorization) with deep understanding on the failure mode.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SKILLS:

• Programming experience in one or some coding language of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python/SQL.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics, logic/analog circuits.
