Role Summary and Impact

The Media Planning Senior Associate is a key digital profile with a tactical and analytical approach, responsible for the implementation, optimization, and monitoring of digital strategies across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention, managing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic, video, display, and other emerging channels. This role directly impacts the business by interpreting data from tools like GA4 and dashboards to translate them into concrete actions, supporting basic SEO and organic visibility initiatives, and collaborating effectively with Mazda's internal teams, questioning results and prioritizing efforts. Their ability to ensure solid and consistent execution under the senior team's direction is fundamental for maintaining operational continuity and maximizing the performance of digital investments, ensuring that each channel efficiently contributes to overall performance.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience inimplementing, optimizing, and monitoring full-funnel digital strategies (awareness to retention).
  • Tactical and analytical approach to campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms: Google, Meta, programmatic, video, display, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data (GA4, dashboards) to generate concrete, business-impacting actions.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and organic visibility.
  • Capacity to question results, prioritize efforts, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ensuring solid and consistent execution under pre-established guidelines.
