Job description
What you’ll be doing
You’ll contribute as a trusted NetSuite specialist supporting administration, solution development, and strategic enhancements in a highly reliable and secure application environment.
As part of our expanding corporate systems team, you’ll help advance our NetSuite roadmap while bridging business needs with thoughtful technical solutions.
- Deliver NetSuite implementations by partnering with internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Design and configure NetSuite modules to enhance business processes across finance, operations, and reporting
- Support cross-functional projects by collaborating between business units, IT, and third-party vendors/development teams
- Guide and coordinate the rollout of enhancements to the production environment, involving collaboration across all IT areas
- Document processes and provide training to end-users and team members
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with in-depth understanding of NetSuite and a genuine interest in solving business challenges through practical, scalable solutions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Analyst
- Sound knowledge of NetSuite ERP features, especially around finance, accounting, reporting, and workflow configuration
- Experience working in a global, multi-subsidiary NetSuite environment (multi-currency/intercompany experience is a bonus)
- Familiarity with JavaScript and SuiteScript APIs (you won’t be doing heavy scripting, but it’s helpful to understand what’s possible)
- A good understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, and Operations
- Inclusive communication style, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to Oracle EPM (e.g. ARCS, FCCS, Planning), Salesforce, and/or Celigo & integrator.io is highly regarded
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and applying a structured, thoughtful approach to analysis, implementation, and process improvement
- A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
We know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If you’re excited about the role and believe you can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
