Expression of Interest - Senior Architect

We’re inviting Expressions of Interest from Senior Architects / Project Architects for upcoming opportunities in our Perth studio, aligned to a strong pipeline of projects.

You’ll be part of a collaborative studio environment, working on projects that shape how people live, move, learn and connect. This is a role for senior professionals who bring together creative thinking, technical depth and confident project leadership.

This opportunity suits an architect operating at Senior Architect or Project Architect level, ready to lead the delivery of complex projects across a range of typologies.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Leading projects from concept through to completion

• Guiding multidisciplinary design teams

• Managing client relationships and contributing to project strategy

• Ensuring design intent is carried through documentation and delivery

• Balancing design quality, technical resolution and commercial outcomes

We welcome interest from candidates based in Australia and internationally, including:

• Australian and New Zealand professionals working overseas considering a return home

• Experienced architects based internationally who are open to relocating to Perth.

Employer-sponsored visa options may be considered for suitably experienced senior candidates, subject to role requirements and eligibility.

Skills and experience we’re keen to see

• 10+ years’ professional experience in architecture

• Registered Architect, or eligibility for registration in Australia

• Strong project architecture and leadership capability

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects across various typologies (Civil Infrastructure, Health, Education, Multi-residential)

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commercial contracts

• Proficiency in Revit within complex project environments

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary design practice

• Clear communication and presentation skills

• A collaborative mindset, with an interest in mentoring and supporting others

• Genuine interest in progressive, future-focused design
