Responsibilities Norton Children's, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is a non-profit healthcare system affiliated with the University of Louisville School of Medicine, is currently recruiting multiple pediatric anesthesiologists to join its growing program. In this new model, physicians can choose between an all-clinical track or a combined clinical and academic track with the University of Louisville school of medicine. The combined clinical and academic track provides the opportunity to explore quality improvement, clinical research, translational research, medical education, child advocacy or community engagement. Norton children’s research institute, affiliated with the University of Louisville School of Medicine, offers broad support for every stage of research, including study design and statistical analysis.
