Responsibilities The Salesforce Administrator will be a proactive individual that will own continual improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform (focused on HealthCloud). The Salesforce Administrator will gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and manage the product road map. The Salesforce user experience is critical to our operations, therefore the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction top of mind. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project Essential Duties and responsibilities All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Sandbox environment management Identify and gather requirements to translate into best practice(s) and scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience Identify unused or underutilized platform features Create a platform roadmap and define priorities by liaising with stakeholders Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implement rules and automation as needed Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer General Application Support Manage and address user support tickets Monitor and improve user adoption Create and conduct new user and ongoing user training Responsible for technical documentation Collaborate with and support integrated applications Other duties as assigned Qualifications REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or other related field or 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with a focus on HealthCloud and Field Serviced Lighting applications Salesforce Trailhead Badges/Super Badges Certified Salesforce Administrator (or commitment to complete within 6 months of hire) Experience designing scalable, best practice solutions Experience in change management and governance A positive and proactive attitude to platform enhancements Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to liaise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions Experience training end users and key stakeholders at all levels Experience and ability to create technical documentation Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience Master’s degree Passion and dedication towards continued personal and professional development Active in the Salesforce community Posted Min Pay Rate USD $90,273.04/Yr.
