Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Review, track and process leave of absence documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA). Serve as a key support partner to the Lead Leave Administrator in managing day-to-day LOA administration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee leave records and files. Follow up with employees and managers to obtain missing or incomplete documentation. Assist in coordinating leave timelines, approvals and communications. Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines and audit standards. Support reporting and audits related to leave administration as needed. Qualifications Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on leave of absence management. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and other applicable leave laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
