Overview Join our Global Facultative team at Gallagher Re as a Broker Support Specialist! You’ll play a key role in supporting brokers with day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of our clients and business. How you'll make an impact Create and manage compliant contracts, wordings, and endorsements. Handle client submissions, quotes, renewals, and correspondence. Oversee onboarding activities, including KYC and TOBAs. Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data entry in our systems. Collaborate with brokers, servicing teams, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong client relationships. Support operational excellence by adhering to internal controls and best practices. About you You will have experience from a similar role. You’re skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re a strong communicator who builds relationships easily.
