What Your Day Will Look Like: Managing broking activities related to the business area's portfolio of clients and broking of specialty risks Improving the quality and efficiency of the broking process Actively seeking out opportunities for new product development Building network with carriers and internally (within Aon) Ensuring that all client-facing staff are kept up to date on insurance market conditions and other relevant information to advise clients appropriately Working closely with client-facing staff to develop proposals for prospects and the best solutions for clients Identifying complex client needs and developing custom solutions Participating in and promoting pre- and post placement servicing (premium financing, claims, etc.) Providing (product) training for employees and clients Work in a team, playing an active role in all aspects and becoming clients‘ trusted advisor Cooperate with colleagues within different departments and locations No routine – every day something new!
